I liked that the room had a kitchenette it was clean and the receptionist was very helpful accommodating me

The housekeeping was very rude. Checkout time was at 12 from what i was told she c ame to the door at 940 or so knocked once and proceeded to enter the room. Then got upset because we were upset

Service was great

Many exterior doors were blocked open to allow non residents to use exercise and laundry rooms, which allowed anyone to access the building

The room was spacious

I thought I had paid for the jacuzzi room and I received a mobile accessable room. My receipt showed a standard room. I did not get the jacuzzi room and I expressed that I really wanted a bath not a shower. I was NOT given a different room....

Bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was good.

A little tired and worn! It could use a remodel and a thorough cleaning. Staff a little difficult.

Our bathroom was very dirty and not kept up at all. They didn¿t have enough people working and the ones that was had been working for hours with no help.

The location was convenient.

The tv did not work. The couch was broken. The shower was filthy. It was missing simple amenities as stated the hotel would provide.

It was in an ok area. There were hobos fighting over a biscuit or something off in the distance late night. Must be an encampment nearby or something. They were loud

the staff were RUUUUUDDDDDEEEE. Very pushy and disrespectful. Not service or hospitality oriented AT ALL. They even turned the coffee maker off after breakfast!

The location was perfect! Jacuzzi and pool area were clean.

Mold under the bathtub handles. Towel wasn¿t clean, it had orange spots as if someone ate chips and rubbed their fingers on it. Not to mention there was a roach in the microwave. I recorded it and showed it to the front desk cashier.

Didn¿t like anything abt this hotel!

Bullet hole in elevator door! Dirty underwear in the bathtub! Room smelled! When they cleaned our room they didn¿t make the beds or clean out the trash from the sink in kitchen.

They day staff was great. The night time staff was very aggressive and hostile towards guests. Not necessary me, but I wasn't pleased with the lack of professionalism. Ladies on day shift were nice and informative. Didn't like 100 deposit.

The man that was working was as complete smart ass and tried to trick me into giving him at first $100 cash and then after I made online reservation he then changed the date I needed the room and then lied again telling me he¿d fix it for $70 cash. I

The man working continuously trying to trick me into giving him cash and continued to smile & laugh because he got over on me. I did not stay at hotel. Please refund my money please

The wrong type of room was booked. Paid for a long suite online, ended up getting a double when we got there. Immediately checked out and went elsewhere

King bed

The hallway was super hot. The room sunk into a hole. You walked in and the floor went down to a hole and you walked up to get out of the hole. The toilet rocked back and forth. People living in hotel did care how much noise they made. Bad,bad hotel.

The lobby was being remodeled and it was a mess. Then the room key would not work The Hall caret was worn and dirty We also noticed trash on the ground.

Yes. Also the curtains were torn and bed covers were very wrinkled.

The pillows on the bed and the mattresses were in zippered protective coverings.

The Manager told me that breakfast was over at 10 and it was actually 9 so I missed that. There was a strange smell in the room. I found a lotion bottle by the microwave and an opened condiment package in the coffee basket... I guess they recycle.

Staff Breakfast Pretty and clean

The bed frame was a nightmare. Hard corners, no toe space, in tight quarters. Our shins and toes are bruised and bloodied from scraping and bumping into the bed frame. Very crazy design.

The best thing about the hotel is its location.

rooms are just average. breakfast is below average. value is not there for the price paid.

Easy access from interstate and the Pyros Pizza that was a short walk away was excellent.

Although rooms were clean, they wreaked of disinfectant/deodorizer. So much so that it set off my allergies and I awoke extremely congested and with a sore throat. Made for a miserable trip home and still getting over the sinus infection that followed.

Good location.

I do not think it is a 2.5 star hotel. Seem old and dated to me. Breakfast was only average---I expected more. Think it should be a 2 star and cheaper price.
